The new material for pumps' impellers : Simsite is a structural composite material. To be exact Simsite was developed exclusive for sims Pump Valve Company aas a graphite, fibre reinforced, composite material with phenol gum. The structural design of Simsith is unique.

The fibres are interlaced in 2 or 3 directions. The reinforcing of fibres provides very high strength and flexibility. The characteristics of this structural composite material can be changed in accordance with necessary tenacity for differdnt components(for esample pumps impellers, mechanical seals)
